With extensive experience representing sovereign states, multinational corporations, international organizations, and non-profit organizations, Hansel has worked in both state and federal courts, as well as in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations. As a Partner at White & Case LLP, Hansel has successfully represented clients in investor-state disputes before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) at the World Bank and the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
