With over 20 years of experience, Baksht has worked extensively in traditional industries undergoing rapid change, such as finance, healthcare, and industrials. He is a firm believer in the power of data, cloud, open-source, and blockchain technologies to automate processes, improve ownership and governance, and personalize experiences. Baksht's advisory and investment work has focused on high-growth companies in the seed to series C stages, including firms such as Data.World, TripleBlind, and CirrusMD. He has invested in dozens of companies in the fields of data analytics, D2C, web3, SaaS, and digital health. In addition to his investing and advisory work, Baksht has also been actively involved in launching and accelerating new ventures over the years, including Ace Portal and Estimize. He founded Antifragile Advisors, where he continues to offer his expertise in investment and advisory work. Baksht holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontifica Comillas.
