Tamara Thorpe is a renowned leadership expert and champion for the talented Millennial and Gen Z professionals, specializing in mentoring and leadership, diversity & inclusion, and intergenerational issues. She has over 30 years of on-the-ground experience leading international and multicultural teams, including as a former Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at LCW, Intercultural Trainer at Learnlight, and Global Leadership Coach at Real Global. She established Real Leadership, an approach to leadership development that focuses on creating culturally smart, inclusive workplaces where people come first. Tamara earned her Bachelor's in Linguistics from the University of California San Diego and her Master's in Leadership and Training from the Royal Roads University. She is a former keynote speaker at conferences and events and an adjunct instructor at Brown Mackie College, offering leadership training and coaching. Tamara is the Real Leadership Live Founder, where she develops and equips next-generation leaders with emotional intelligence and cultural competence skills to manage diverse teams, communication and conflict resolution skills, and understanding of people and team dynamics.
