Larry Reed is a veteran in the field of economic inclusion and poverty alleviation. With an MPP in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Social Sciences from Wheaton College, he has dedicated his career to building teams capable of tackling seemingly impossible tasks. His past positions as Director of Microcredit Summit Campaign, Academic Vice President at Boulder Institute of Microfinance, and Network CEO at Opportunity International, have all been centered around empowering the world's underprivileged through financial services. In his current position as Senior Fellow for Economic Inclusion at RESULTS Educational Fund, Larry is part of a global coalition of individuals and organizations dedicated to ending ultra-poverty worldwide. His drive to create positive change has led him to launch multiple initiatives such as a microfinance network, microinsurance provider, and a prisoner to proprietor program in Chicago.
