Kyle Vara is a highly accomplished financial analyst with a diverse background in the real estate and financial industries. He graduated from Mid Pacific Institute with a High School Diploma and went on to acquire a B.A. in Financial Economics, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics from Seattle Pacific University - School of Business and Economics.

Kyle's professional journey began at Payment Gear, where he honed his operational skills as an Operations Intern. He then worked as a Safety & Security Dispatcher at Seattle Pacific University, gaining invaluable experience in alerting and coordinating responses to emergencies.

Kyle has spent the last several years working for D.R. Horton, beginning as an Estimator and then moving on to serve as a Purchasing Agent, Financial Analyst, Region Financial Analyst, and presently as a Region Senior Financial Analyst. In his current role, Kyle is responsible for creating forecasts, budgets, and analyzing the performance of the region. He also works with the regional team to provide financial solutions to key areas that impact the business.
