Michael Borell is a seasoned expert in sales management with over two decades of hands-on job experience across different industries. Michael's education includes a degree in Business Administration and Management from Hamburger Akademie, and he has completed several courses at Harvard Business School Executive Education, including Managing Sales Teams & Distribution Channels, Management Essentials, and Negotiation Mastery.

He has held various leadership positions in different organizations, including Valo, Rencore GmbH, BORUFA GmbH, and Spheron, where he served as Sales Lead EMEA, Head of Sales & Alliances, Vice President Sales - North America, COO, Key Account Manager, and Head of Service & Support, respectively. Additionally, Michael worked as a Project Manager with the US Army / US Air Force and served in the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) as an MP.
