He studied economics with a focus on international trade and development at Simon Fraser University and has received certification in Product Management. He is passionate about improving the customer experience by identifying customer needs, creating a delightful experience, and monitoring results. His expertise in gaining customer insight and analyzing data leads to remarkable customer experiences with measurable outcomes.

Joseph's previous organizations include Coast Capital Savings, LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, and Sage. At Sage, he was a Technical Support Analyst and a Sales Advisor for Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) where he helped clients with their accounting software needs. He also served as the Customer Experience Manager for Sage and was responsible for designing customer experiences to meet business objectives.

As Member Experience Design Manager at Coast Capital Savings, Joseph's focus is on transforming customer experiences across all channels by accurately identifying customer needs and designing enjoyable experiences. He incorporates key monitors such as usage and Voice of Customer (VoC) to ensure that enhanced experiences are actualized.
