In the professional realm, Josiah Mukoya is the Founder and Managing Consultant at ProMeasure & Projects Mentors Group (ProMG). He has held key roles at various prominent organizations, including serving as the Director of Monitoring Evaluation Research Reporting and Learning (MERL) at Pact. During his tenure at Pact, he showcased his expertise as the Team Lead/Senior Manager for Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning in Kenya and Somalia. He has also demonstrated his skills as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Research Manager, M&E Officer, and Youth Development Coordinator at Mercy Corps. Moreover, Josiah has contributed to the field in diverse capacities, including as a Part-time Trainee Consultant for Research and Entrepreneurship at Moi University Holdings Ltd, Youth/IDP Schools & Data Management Coordinator at Kenya Red Cross, Research Assistant at Flexisin Sepco Research Consultants, and Intern Economist at the Ministry of Planning and National Development in Kenya. He further enriched his experience through internships focused on M&E and Reporting at Heifer International and Agriculture Economics at the Ministry of Agriculture in Kenya.
