Molly LaFata is a highly experienced and accomplished insurance sales professional with over 20 years in sales management, agency ownership, production, and claims. With extensive expertise in sales strategies, coaching, and consultative sales, she has worked with hundreds of agency partners across the United States, providing training, keynote speeches, and consultations on topics ranging from sales development to work-life balance. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Missouri State University and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Molly has held various positions in the insurance industry, including Sr. Sales Executive - Select Accounts at Travelers, Regional Sales Manager - AR & OK at Republic Group Companies, Agency Field Consultant, Agent/Owner, and Agency Field Specialist at State Farm, and Auto Claims Representative at State Farm.

Along with her professional responsibilities, Molly is a devoted mother of two daughters and wife to a Professor/Author/Rocker. Originally from four different states, she brings a unique perspective and diversity to her work.
