Heidi Johnson is a Denver-based social worker with vast experience in youth and family-focused support. Her expertise includes working with refugees while delivering effective client-centered, trauma-informed support across cultures. Johnson is fluent in French and Spanish and is working towards her licensure as a clinical social worker. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Currently, Johnson works at Children's Hospital Colorado as a Clinical Social Worker, following her work as a Lead Family Stabilization Specialist at Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains. Prior to this, Johnson worked at The Bridge Project, New America School, Family Crisis Center, and Human Rights Campaign, among others.
