Christina Jordan, SPHR, SHRM - SCP is a highly accomplished professional, specializing in human resource management, talent acquisition, and leadership development. With extensive experience in the education sector, she has served in various senior leadership roles in public schools and charter networks across the US, including Chicago Public Schools, LEARN Charter School Network, The Noble Network of Charter Schools, and Success Academy Charter Schools. Christina has also worked in the private sector, managing human resources and operations at Target, McMaster-Carr, and Aldi Inc.
She is a graduate of the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, where she studied Educational Leadership, and the EdLEADers Program at Stanford University. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication with Applied Economics & Business Management Concentration from Cornell University.
Currently, Christina serves as the Director of People & Culture at Omidyar Network, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Her areas of expertise include people management, talent development, performance management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Christina is known for her innovative thinking and a results-driven approach, which has led to significant improvements in employee engagement and organizational culture in the companies she has worked for.
