Stephen de Man is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education and finance. With a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a Master's Degree in Policy Organization and Leadership Studies from Stanford University, de Man has a strong academic background. He spent several years teaching middle school in the Roma Independent School District before moving on to Teach for America, where he served as Director of Alumni Affairs and Recruitment Director. His passion for education later led him to become Texas Regional Director at Leadership for Educational Equity and Executive Director at Austin Kids First.

After his work in education, de Man transitioned to finance, taking on roles as a Senior Associate, Regional Director, and Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors, a leading investment management firm. Through his work in finance, de Man has gained a deep knowledge of investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio management.
