Meet Marcel Brix, a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional with a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Brix is currently the Vice President of M&A at Saxenhammer & Co.

Prior to his current role, Brix gained extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A consulting, and financial analysis. He started his career as a Werkstudent at TITAN Commerce Continental Services GmbH before moving up to become a Praktikant at Deutsche Bank. From there, he joined Taurus Financial Consult GmbH as a M&A Analyst and later became a Consultant M&A. During his time at Saxenhammer & Co., he worked as an Associate Corporate Finance / M&A.

Brix studied at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His expertise and diverse background allow him to perform various functions such as financial modeling, deal sourcing, company valuations, and integration planning.
