As a Senior Business Analyst in WMATA's Information Technology department supporting the Occupational Health & Wellness division I have successfully assisted and led new system implementations and have implemented various applications that reduce manual intervention, improve efficiency and meliorate technical intelligence. As a Business Systems Sr. Analyst at NTT Data (formerly Dell Services) I support clients that utilize a variety of systems and products (e.g., HealthRules, Ika, Xcelys, Diamond). My duties entail conducting business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. I work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions. Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements and provide detail design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up. As well as, review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation and monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users. Additionally, I create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy and work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to validate project specifications and assist end user in acceptance testing.Received Bronze Medal of 2nd Quarter in 2015 for excellent customer support and exceeding expectations.Top Performer for the last five performance evaluation periods.

As a Configuration/Business and Documentation Analyst at Kaiser Permanente. I utilized my documentation skills to design and develop high-level design and detail level documentation, desk side procedures, best practices, business process diagrams, scope statements, project plans, documentation templates and document requirements. As a Configuration Analyst I reviewed and validated build extracts, configuration custom builds, staged data prior to load and configuration templates with SMEs and Project Managers. Evaluated and interpreted contracts, analyzed and designed contract coding terms, configured custom price schedules for contracts, staged and built provider and vendor Demographics, configured provider and vendor contracts in Xcelys. Also, used multiple applications (Macess, Diamond, Xcelys) to analyze and gather information with managers and SMEs, to identify organizational and documentation needs and requirements. One of my last accomplishments was successfully utilizing Xcelys to identify provider configuration issues to help improve claims processing.

Supported customers; communicated new Intranet Quorum system changes, training education and department statistics. Additionally, created formal and informal communication, e.g., user/training documentation, memos, system updates, analyzed customers' needs, creates and configure database to support customized application processes and custom reports. Performed system testing and monitor quality, system performance, troubleshoot and document system issues. One of my most notable accomplishments was analyzing a departments needs and creating a successful solution to help increase productivity and reduce errors.
