Magdalena Olczak-Nowicka, PhD is a highly experienced manager and venture capital expert with over 10 years of experience in the field. She holds a PhD in Finance and is well-versed in both practical and theoretical aspects of venture capital. Her expertise lies in analyzing startup ecosystems, working with new businesses on their marketing and sales strategies, and helping secure financing for next rounds of investment.

Magdalena has a wide range of skills in venture capital, having worked as an Investment Associate at mAccelerator.vc and as an Investment Manager at Experior Venture Fund. She has also worked as an Associate in FinTech and DevOps at Data Ventures VC and as a Product Manager at EMIS – A Euromoney Institutional Investor Company. Furthermore, she has held a position as an Account Executive at InnerValue Investor Relations. Magdalena is currently serving on the Supervisory Board at Digital Teammates.

Magdalena's education includes a Master's degree in Media Education and Journalism from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, and she later pursued finance in Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie.
