Henry Marshall is a seasoned finance professional with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Middlebury College and completed a study abroad program at University of Otago.

With a wealth of experience in the finance industry, he currently serves as the Head of Finance at Loft Orbital Solutions. Prior to his current position, he worked as the Vice President at Accordion Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as financial analysis and strategy development. He also worked as an Associate Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley and as a Senior Associate of Strategic Analysis and Sourcing at The Riverside Company.
