Joyce Peralta is a highly experienced digital communications professional with almost 20 years of experience. Before becoming Digital Communications Manager in Communications and External Relations at McGill University, Joyce had already gained valuable experience in strategic positions on communication and web development teams in various well-known institutions.

Joyce is highly specialized in web strategy, project management, and web design. She obtained her degree in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies at Western University and also studied at the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology.

In terms of professional experience, Joyce has worked as Web Analyst and Web Communications Associate at McGill University, University Web Coordinator, Communications and Marketing at the University of Victoria, Senior Web Designer, Communications and Public Affairs at Western University, and Web Developer, Information Technology Services at King's University College, among others.
