Charles Rose is a versatile and accomplished entrepreneur, software developer, author, and executive coach, with over 30 years of professional experience. He studied Computer Science at George Mason University after attending Langley High School.

As an entrepreneur, Charles built several prosperous companies, including Universal Commerce, a leading e-commerce platform, which he sold to Digital River for $10M USD. He also partnered with and supported the sale of echoMedia and has grown a mobile software company. As a software developer, Charles has consulted on numerous private sector and government projects, writing code included in commercially shipping software.

Charles is a skilled technical writer, having written books published by McGraw-Hill and Bantam/Random House, as well as white papers for Microsoft and Novell. He has worked as a Senior Tech Editor for a McGraw-Hill publication and taught seminars in London and Washington, DC, using his first book as a text.

Charles believes that personal aspects of business can present either the greatest stumbling blocks or the greatest opportunities. Thus, his coaching work aims to help individuals and organizations achieve clarity and vision, live their true purpose, and overcome challenges.

Currently, Charles is the Executive Performance Coach at Charles Rose Executive Coaching, providing coaching, leadership training, and speaking services. Additionally, he is the former Co-founder at The Industry Assembly, President at Tetragram Entertainment, President at Grey Zone Entertainment, Manager, Developer Operations at FuturePay, and Manager at RevenueWire Inc. He founded and owned several companies, including RoseWare, Toboggan Technologies, and Network Developer's Resource.
