Takuo Fukuda is a versatile designer and enthusiastic researcher whose mission is to cultivate creativity through the design of tools, environments, and culture. With an extensive background in interaction design, design research, and creative leadership, he has worked in multiple industries, from automotive to consumer electronics, medical equipment, and energy infrastructure. Fukuda is currently the Creative Director at SYPartners, a consultancy that helps individuals and organizations transform themselves and their businesses. At Stanford University, where he earned a joint Master's degree in Art and Engineering, he led an organizational design project for a multinational automaker and an art project in partnership with a research institute of developmental psychology. He also co-founded a design experiment laboratory in his firm and a fabrication laboratory in his local community. Fukuda's goal is to inspire others by unlocking their creativity and empowering them to design innovative solutions that make a difference in the world.
