Germán Montoya is a creative entrepreneur dedicated to developing innovative networks, businesses, and projects that have a positive impact on society. He is the founder and CEO of WAO!, a social commerce platform based in Latin America that fosters microprenurial inclusion in the region. Germán has a BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and has studied Fellowship in Economics at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He has been involved in the creation of over 50 companies and was a founding partner and GP of Fuel Venture Capital and the Chief Exponential Officer of Rokk3r, a company builder and holding company based in Miami. Germán also worked at Accenture, where he was a manager for strategy and business architecture in the financial services sector.
