Phil Lynch is a seasoned digital media executive with extensive experience in strategy, content licensing, cross-platform content distribution, and audience engagement. Lynch studied organizational behavior management and sociology at Brown University, where he graduated with a double bachelor's degree. These degrees helped him gain expertise and specialties in P&L management, corporate and business development, change management, product innovation, revenue growth, negotiating, and structuring partnerships.
He has held several leadership positions in notable organizations such as Yahoo!, Sony Pictures, Media at Manchester United, Sock Panda, and FUN Games (now The Game Show Network). At Manchester United, Lynch is the CEO of media where he oversees multi-million pound partnerships with companies such as Adidas, Marriott, and Aon. During his stint as the Senior Vice President, Digital Networks & Games at Sony Pictures & Crackle he negotiated and structured significant deals such as the exclusive streaming rights for Seinfeld.
Lynch has a track record of expanding business internationally, building cross-functional teams, and launching digital business models that drive growth. He has a passion for mobile games & video, and currently serves as the class alumni communications officer for his graduating class at Brown University.
