As the HR & Training VP at Genysis Brand Solutions (formerly VMI Nutrition) I oversee recruitment, benefit administration, payroll and all other human resource functions as well as building and facilitating career paths and weekly functional, safety and leadership training to over 600 employees and temporary workforce. It is a HUGE job and I love the challenge and SUPER fast-paced environment. Creating a culture and being a part of the executive team that truly does make rapid changes is the best part of my work!
