Steve Eberle, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, boasts over three decades of experience in the industry. He has been providing his expertise in the industrial, office, and corporate headquarters markets since 1985. Before establishing Eberle Company in 2000, Steve held Vice President positions at CB Richard Ellis and Daum Corporation. He has transacted a range of deals, including sales, leasebacks, and leases of various industrial spaces across the country, such as 2300 Pellissier Place in City of Industry, California, and One Isuzu Way in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Steve holds several designations, including MBA, CCIM, and LEED AP O&M. He also possesses a California Real Estate Broker License and past CCIM Southern California Chapter President. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Ohio State University and California State University-Long Beach's College of Business Administration.

Apart from commercial real estate, Steve enjoys attending springboard and platform diving competitions. He currently resides in Mission Viejo, California.
