Lucy Rands is a highly accomplished investment manager, with a background in materials science and a passion for climate change and innovation. She studied at the University of Oxford and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Materials Science MEng and completing a summer research program. Lucy has also excelled academically, achieving A* grades in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, and Physics.

Lucy has worked for a number of different companies, including DeepSea Technologies and TravelTime, where she served as a board observer. She also held positions at Cloud&Heat Technologies, Corporater, and Worldsensing. Lucy is currently employed as an Investment Manager at ETF Partners, where she uses her expertise to evaluate investment opportunities and oversee portfolio companies.
