Ron Bryant is a knowledgeable and experienced senior manager with over 15 years of successful career in managing value-adding programs across diverse industries. Bryant is an effective communicator who works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve scale and competitive advantage. He is well-versed in conceptualizing program vision and executing it from inception to completion, ensuring all complex milestones, key priorities, and resource allocation are taken into account. Throughout his career, Bryant has demonstrated remarkable leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that improve systems, processes and meet the organizational goals.

Bryant graduated from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology with a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Systems. He has worked alongside world-class organizations, including Microsoft and Verizon, where he served as Customer Success Account Manager and Senior Program Manager, respectively. He has also held several other managerial positions, including Executive Director of Planning and Implementation at Amplify, Director of School Readiness at NYC Department of Education, and Senior Program Manager at The State University of New York.

As an Adjunct Professor of Social Entrepreneurship and Career Development at Paul Quinn College, Bryant has mentored and inspired the next generation of leaders and innovative thinkers.
