Miguel has held various positions throughout his career, most recently serving as Market Access Manager and Government Market Manager for 3M in Peru. Additionally, he has held numerous management roles with the Industrial and Healthcare Divisions at 3M, where he was recognized twice for achieving the highest sales in Latin America.
