Eloisa Miller

Eloisa Miller is a highly experienced and accomplished Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional who has dedicated her career to developing and implementing successful supplier diversity programs and initiatives. Miller has held several leadership roles throughout her career, including the Economic & Business Equity Manager at the Office of Governor Kate Brown, Manager - Equity in Public Purchasing & Contracting at Portland Public Schools, Deputy Director at Governor's Office of Economic and Business Equity, State of Oregon, and Procurement & Contract Specialist at Oregon Department of Transportation. In these roles, Miller has worked tirelessly to promote diversity and inclusivity in state contracting and has collaborated with small businesses and communities of color to help them gain access to state contracts. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Oregon University.
