Brittany Bardell is a versatile and accomplished business professional with a strong background in learning and development, workforce consulting, and business process improvement. She holds an MBA in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.

Brittany currently serves as a Senior Business Process Consultant at Allstate, where she leverages her deep understanding of business and technology to help clients streamline their operations, minimize risk, and drive growth. Prior to this, Brittany worked as a Learning and Development Senior Consultant and a Workforce Consultant at Allstate, where she honed her skills in project management, change management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Allstate, Brittany gained valuable experience as an intern at Lake County Recorder of Deeds, where she learned about government and public service. She is a well-rounded professional with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering results.
