Tina Wilson

Meet LendingClub's Chief People Officer, Tina Wilson. With years of experience in people management and organizational strategy, Tina is responsible for all things related to diversity and inclusion, culture, and employee engagement at LendingClub. After joining the company in 2015, she served as the Senior Vice President of People Success and Organizational Strategy, overseeing a team of HR professionals that supported over 1,000 employees, including the entire talent acquisition function. In 2019, Tina played a critical role in the opening of LendingClub's office in Lehi, UT, which grew from zero to 500 employees within the first year.

Prior to joining LendingClub, Tina served as the Director at Daversa Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in hiring leadership talent for venture-backed companies. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Penn State University and a specialization in Media and Public Life from New York University, Tina has a proven track record of understanding the dynamics of people management and how it impacts business success.

Outside of work, Tina has a unique hobby that often surprises people—she's a retired demolition derby driver. She enjoys spending her free time with her horse, Rocky, and Weimaraner, Gertrude, in the Oakland Hills. With her wealth of experience and passion for people management, Tina is an invaluable asset to any company.
