Noy Elkalay has always been passionate about creativity and innovation, and as a business development and account manager living in Tel-Aviv today, he has stayed true to this passion throughout his career. Noy has experience working with a wide variety of companies and startups, assisting in fundraising processes from both a commercial and legal angle, while also helping these companies to build strong partnerships and key relationships in the start-up ecosystem. He is skilled at locating and recruiting a wide range of clients, while working closely with senior executives at the C level in order to maximize growth. Noy has studied POMA - Product Operations Marketing Administrations - at Jolt.io, SEE IEC Program at IDC Herzliya, and Bachelor of Laws - L.L.B, Law and Government at IDC Herzliya. He has also participated in Community Leading Workshop at Elevation. As Director of Business Development at CONNACT Cloud, Noy is actively involved in assisting companies to identify target audiences, develop business models and process analytical examination, and determine their business marketing strategy. He also creates innovative solutions for unique customer needs and engages in public speaking engagements on request.
