Christine Santacroce is a seasoned tech recruiter with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. She currently works as the Sr. Managing Partner for Virago Search, where she is responsible for building long-term relationships with technology leaders and talents while managing the relationships and ensuring delivery for the company's clients. Her career has involved technology search and retained executive search for Fortune 100 companies and PE funded start-ups. Christine is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, which has led her to be a founding member of the LGBTQ+ Committee and the Middletown Pride festival in CT. She is also an active member of the Women's Leadership Council at Trinity College, a member of the Women in Technology International (WITI) group, on the Board of Advisors for VocaWorks, and active in her community. Christine holds a masters degree in Curriculum Design from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
