Marketing and Account Executive

As Associate Marketing Manager, I report directly to the Marketing Director, and CEO as lead marketing strategist to create 360° campaigns for new products, brand collections and experiential marketing initiatives. I work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to conceptualize and design, compelling, on-brand visual communication throughout the customer experience–pre and post purchase.

-  Determined product assortment and positioning for over 75 brand and retailer exclusive kits–including Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora, and Dillard’s
-  Strategized and managed over 9 new product launches
-  Managed Jack Black’s social media account and increased following by 62% in 8 months
-  Conceptualized, sourced, and merchandised all trade shows events including the Ulta GMC Conference, Neiman Marcus Conclave, and Beauty Brands Expo
-  Constructed over 30 sampling initiatives with corresponding collateral for Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora, and Dillard’s
-  Created over 100 varying marketing collateral items that were used in various retailers including Sephora, Ulta, Bluemercury, and Nordstrom
