Kristy O'Rell-LaFollette is a versatile and seasoned consulting services leader with over 25 years of experience in agency, corporate, and management consulting. Her admirable commitment to racial equity has helped her understand what it takes to create inclusive, safe, and supportive workplaces where all employees can thrive. She is a co-founder/principal of Health Equity Partners, where she helps SMBs take on a holistic approach to enhancing workplace culture and reducing employee stress. Kristy has an extensive educational background in journalism and communication from the University of San Francisco and San Francisco State University.
