Terell Canton is a highly successful business executive who has spent over 15 years in the Sports & Entertainment and Financial Services industries. He has a track record of maximizing profits and enhancing productivity through cross-functional team leadership, strategic planning, and process optimization. Terell is also committed to driving racial equity and corporate responsibility initiatives within the Sports & Entertainment industry.
Terell received his High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Thomas Edison Vocational & Technical High School. He later earned a BA in Communications with a minor in Computer Science from The City College of New York, and a Marketing 101 certificate from The Wharton School.
Professionally, Terell has held key roles in several high-profile organizations, including the National Football League (NFL), where he was Program Lead for Strategy and Business Development, and Blue Chip member of the NFL Rotational Program. He has also served as President of Blacture, Program/Project Manager at the NFL, Football Development-Brand & Communications Manager at the NFL, and Officiating Analyst at the NFL.
Terell is currently Chief Operating Officer at PLUS ONE society and was formerly the Founder of Step Business Up Consulting and Worldpay. In his current role, he oversees social impact initiatives and events while serving as a positive ambassador for fatherhood through his board membership for Real Dads Network.
