Carolina Andraus is a trilingual business professional specialized in international business with a strong experience in finance, negotiation, investor relations, business development, and entrepreneurship.

Carolina started her education at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in Brazil, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business. She later studied Finance at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, as an exchange student. Along with her formal education, she also took a professional development course in Product Marketing Essentials at Stanford University and a Professional Diploma in International Business at ILSC Sydney.

Throughout her career, Carolina has held various positions in established companies as well as in startups. Her experience includes working as an Analyst in Finance at Cremer S.A., where she worked on M&A and IR, and as a Jr. Trader at GBM Grupo Bursatil Mexicano. She also worked as a Coordinator for RI and Structured Operations and as a Finance, M&A, and IR Manager at Cremer S.A. in Brazil. Carolina then moved on to working with startups as an Entrepreneur at Heact, a Startup Development Entrepreneur at the Founder Institute, and a Portfolio Product Manager at Wayra.

In her most recent role, Carolina served as Digital Services Manager at Telefónica, a leading telecommunications company, where she led strategic projects and dealt with partners and clients across many industries.
