- Managed special marketing projects and collaborations: Original by Anja Rubik (marketing, promotion, events, merchandising, and distribution), AGA by Inglot (Agnieszka Radwańska’s nail polish collection – comprehensive project coordination in all areas), Jennifer Lopez Inglot (the largest marketing project in the history of the company, comprehensive coordination in all areas), Inglot x The Powerpuff Girls (comprehensive project coordination in all areas);
- Coordinated the certification of more than 1,000 vegan products;
- Coordinating events that promote the introduction of a product/line, events that promote new POS, and coordinating participation in external events aimed at promotion of the brand;
- Conceptualizing, developing, data processing, analyzing, and preparing conclusions from marketing surveys carried out for the purpose of introducing new products and examining brand awareness and preferences of consumers; developing an internal survey for managers concerning work on the brand’s DNA;
- Working on incentivization of the sales advisors – created a bonus scheme that included an algorithm equalizing employee opportunities by region and other components proving the shortcomings of simple bonus systems (size of the stand/salon, footfall, number of employees, product mix, etc.). Transferring the above model to foreign markets and chains;
- Many instances of concept planning and coordinating the dispatch of PR packages for journalists and online creators;
- Co-supervising promo activities and events in the US market, as well as working with local PR and marketing agencies; supervising the local social-networking channels (Facebook and Instagram).
- Panelist, keynote speaker, and company representative during events and interviews.

- Co-originated the idea for, and opened the first professional hairdressing salon for children in Warsaw;
- Supervising customer service and promotional activities in social-networking channels;

Co-owner and CEO

- Created the organizational chart, job descriptions, and bonus system for the employees of the American branch, as well as managing the team of regional employees responsible for the handling of sales at the company’s points of sale, in chains of cosmetics stores, as well as with regard to other B2B partners;
- Created a uniform scheme for cooperation with B2B partners, as well as a unit responsible for locally supervising these channels (the concept of the terms and conditions of cooperation, the policy of responsibilities and benefits for B2B clients, B2B marketing, training);
- Systematizing the sales model in the Macy’s chain;

Vice President Operations

- Prepared the model of contract manufacturing, and establishing cooperation on creating an own makeup brand for Amazon, as well as for the purpose of contract manufacturing of a skincare line for a client in the US – external and internal surveys, preparation of the offer, working on the contract, negotiating the conditions, working on a product concept and support for the R&D department;
- Established relations and prepared cooperation (based on external and internal analyses) with B2B clients: Amazon Europe, eZebra.pl, HEBE (JMDiF), Douglas GMBH; assumed supervision over, and developed the relations and sales to existing B2B clients: Douglas Poland – an increase in sales by 33% compared to the previous corresponding period; Aelia (Lagardére Duty Free Poland) – development of the brand presence (from 1 to 6 sales points in two years) and sales by 92% during this period at airports in Poland;
- Served the existing and potential franchise partners from over 30 foreign markets. Working on business relations. Preliminary negotiations including presentation of the franchise model and recommendations for the main assumptions of the business plan;
- Optimized the operation on the Australian market taken over from a franchise partner;
- Organizing and supervising the brand’s activities at B2B fairs: IMATS New York, Cosmoprof Bologna oraz Salon Melbourne;
- Presiding over the product board, aimed at planning a coherent process for product implementation at the stages of researching the market, defining the needs, and planning: R&D, marketing, distribution, and sales processes; multiple instances of participating at Cosmoprof/Cosmopack fairs as a buyer (Bologna, Las Vegas, Hong Kong);
- Implemented an optimized model of regional managers’ work for stores in the Warsaw conurbation;
- Enriching the franchise agreement with provisions related to the issues of marketing and online sales;
- Meetings with potential investors about mergers and acquisitions.

Advisor To The Board for Global Expansion

- Conducted negotiations and planned the strategy in connection with the largest collaboration and marketing project in the history of the company; advanced research of the cosmetics market in terms of proper preparation of the licensee;
- Worked on the final version of the contract at the Legal department to ensure the best conditions for the licensee;
- Worked closely with Jennifer Lopez and the licensor as well as with the R&D department to create a line of cosmetics dedicated to the star (choice of products, colors, sizes, and packaging);
Worked on the brand story of the collection necessary due to the differences in price positioning and the unusual character compared to other collaborations present on the market as well as previous collections of the licensee;
- Worked on the strategy for the collection’s sales launch, as well as on the visual aspect of the project (brand image): coordinating photo and video shoots; preparing the concept of implementing the collection on online platforms, and working on the landing page dedicated to the collection; supervising the creation of graphic materials for the promotion and presentation of the collection/collaboration;
- Influencer marketing and PR – strategy and execution; coordinated the preparation and delivery of PR packages (creative mailings); coordinated promotional events (among others, the main promotional event in Las Vegas); coordinated the presentation of the collection on The Ellen DeGeneres Show; coordinated sales support activities by building the reach in social-networking channels such as global competitions and trips for influencers (with main prizes that required complete organization of the logistics);
- Coordinated a coherent implementation of the project in more than 80 countries; working on guidelines for franchisees; conducting wholesale customer service; B2B controlling in the context of the project;
- Achieved 118% of the collection’s sales volume expected before its presentation.

- Created and managing the E-commerce department; Started and running the process of digitalization; Supervising the expansion of the online sales network in foreign markets; Working on legal issues and rules of online stores, working on the visual aspect of the online store, UX, and a coherent strategy for brand presentation on internal and external platforms;
- Planned and created web, mobile, and social media campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Allegro); Prepared e-commerce marketing plans;
- Conceptual and production work, verifyied the correctness of visual materials and texts used for promotion in e-commerce channels, social-networking channels, traditional media, and points of sale;
- Implemented elements of the omnichannel strategy and processes that increase the comfort of online customers – click&collect, online booking of a service offered at the point of sale, worked on the merging of online and offline customer databases and picking up purchases from a package locker;
- Introduced the brand on the Allegro.pl platform and worked on the optimization of the ordering and shipping process (integration with the existing online store).
