Alana Rush

Alana Rush is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, real estate, and development studies. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Development Studies from the University of Florida where she graduated Cum Laude.

Alana has held key roles in various organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Shortlist Professionals, a position that requires strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Prior to this role, she was an Advisory Board Member at Narrativ, an Executive Director of Strategic Accounts at BounceX, and a Private Equity Senior Associate at Sterling Partners.

Alana's early career includes valuable experiences at renowned firms such as Goldman Sachs, where she worked as a Summer Associate in the Investment Management Division. She also honed her skills as an Emerging Markets Education Practice Consultant and Director of Business Development at The Parthenon Group. Her passion for education and social entrepreneurship led her to positions such as Education & Social Entrepreneurship Program Manager at The Ashoka Foundation and Teaching Fellow at Phillips Academy Andover.
