Led Product Design for all customer service platforms servicing over 2,000
customer service representatives. Served as an integrated Product Designer on
three product teams and a consulting Product Designer on an additional five.
Managed all aspects of the design life-cycle, from UX research and
flow-diagramming to testing and feedback cycles. Crucial partner with multiple
product managers, business stakeholders, and senior leaders looking to build
and evolve enterprise product vision in an agile manner.

Led UX and visual design as the company’s sole designer and was responsible for the main web application, marketing site, and acquisition funnel from proprietary education articles to completed searches on the Noodle platform. Managed all design facets of the product including experimentation with animation to bring delightful micro-interactions to our product suite. Devised and standardized the use of Figma Developer Tools to optimize developer handoff.
