Kotak Investment Banking (1996 - 2008):
- a) Equities: Worked on over a dozen Public Offerings/ Private Placements
- b) Mergers & Acquisitions: Worked on nearly a half a dozen successful MnA deals

Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd (1992 – 1996):
- a) Treasury Operations, Bank Funding, Cash Flow Management
- b) Project Director for the Commercial Banking License: Perhaps the most path breaking project – it involved obtaining the Bank license from the RBI for converting KMFL into KMBL. I lead the interface with the RBI & Government officials. I also drove the implementation of the Core Banking platform (Flexcube) and worked on the business plan & implementation with Mckinsey & Accenture respectively
- c) Head of Corporate Banking (West): business development for all Corporate & Investment Banking products
