Steve Lafferty has over two decades of experience in the healthcare and retail industries. He is a healthcare executive with expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, innovation, employee benefits, pharmacy, retail clinics, retail category management, and private label product development. He spent 14 years at Target developing and directing initiatives that emphasize employee and consumer health and wellness. Lafferty is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he studied Business Administration, Marketing, and Spanish. Currently, he is the SVP Behavioral Health Product at Optum, where he formerly held the positions of Senior Vice President Of Product Development and Head of Enterprise Health & Wellness Strategy & Innovation.
