- Critical Talent Pipelining. Responsible for talent research, competitive intelligence, and talent pipeline building for critical skilled talent areas that map to the workforce plan. In my current role, I am building talent pipelines for specialty systems engineers that have security clearances. I also support the autonomy and artificial intelligence talent pipelines.
- Talent Community Strategist. Responsible for talent community-building initiatives. As a community strategist, was instrumental in the creation and launching of two communities of talent—Military Connect and Engineering Connect. Co-created a talent community playbook for future communities of talent.
- Enterprise-wide activities at Lockheed Martin. Its primary global goals are to enhance healthcare and reduce extreme poverty, and in America, to expand educational opportunities and provide access to information technology.   Member of an internal executive search team that provided research for senior level positions in global health, global development, US Programs (education) and operations.  In addition, was responsible for integrating social recruiting and community strategies into talent acquisition.

- Executive Talent Research.  Was responsible for identifying executive, senior level and niche talent that mapped to the Gates Foundation programs.
- Talent Pipeline.  Responsible for building a passive talent pipeline by leveraging advanced research strategies; recruitment marketing strategies, as well as leveraging technology and social channels.
- Social Recruiting and Talent Community Strategies.  Co-created the project plan to create expert communities.  These communities would evangelize the Foundation strategies as well as engage the target talent that would participate in the groups.

- Talent Sourcing EMEA Initiative. Co-Led an EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) Region competitive response campaign that generated immediate hires and a pipeline of target talent.

Served what was called at that time--Microsoft’s Entertainment & Devices Division (E&D) division (it was reorganized in 2011).

- Talent Sourcer. This Talent Sourcer role was a hybrid role that contained aspects of project management, competitive talent intelligence, talent identification and branding & digital media.
- Talent Pipeline Strategy. Identified the target talent and segmented the audiences into professions that would be needed by our division to meet its current and future goals and objectives. The focus was to identify the talent E&D would need over a three to five years year period.
- Talent Events.  For immediate talent needs, created "invitation only" events that used social occasions to engage targeted talent audiences in conversations around the business, our technologies and/or our career opportunities. Think technology briefings.
- Talent Community Building.  Created talent communities leveraging digital technologies and social communities with the purpose of creating a pool of target talent that was interested in Microsoft and the respective profession the community was built around. Examples are We Still Serve, (military), reliability engineering, and Xbox.
- Recruitment Marketing Platform. Implemented the Jobs2Web (now SuccessFactors) recruitment marketing platform for the division. Leveraged this platform and other technologies to automate recruiting processes; engage talent via social media channels, and to enhance the E&D brands such as Xbox, Microsoft Hardware, and mobile devices.
