Laurie Palagyi

Laurie Palagyi is a versatile professional with diverse experience in executive nonprofit management, UX research and design, marketing, and mental health. With a robust skill set focused on business strategy, solution-oriented thinking, and customer growth, she brings passion, analytical, managerial, and design skills to her work. Palagyi has studied UX Research & Design, SAAS, Idea Extraction, Business Development, and Entrepreneurship, earning a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Master’s of Arts in Experiential Education and Curriculum Design. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications: Public Relations & Image Management.

Palagyi is currently serving as the Executive Director at West End House Girls Camp. Previously, she worked as a Marketing Consultant at VivaMonkey, Chief Executive Officer at Leadcapture.io, Transition Coordinator at Silver Lining Mentoring, and Senior Clinician at Bluegrass Mental Health Mental Retardation, Inc. Her experiences have enabled her to bring a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and empathy to all her endeavors.
