William Betten is an experienced and accomplished leader with a career spanning over several decades. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his exceptional skills in defining programs, building effective teams, and delivering products to market within a short timeframe. He has worked in both Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller privately-held firms. As the owner of his own consulting firm and a trusted consultant, he has helped clients in bringing their products to the market quickly and efficiently.

Betten's sweet spot is in the medical device and digital health development arena. He is knowledgeable in the areas of budget management, product definition, program planning, business development, marketing, customer relations, system integration, design for manufacturability, and support. He is an expert in medical devices such as hearing aids, cardiac bypass, medical imaging, vital signs monitors, remote monitoring and telehealth. He also has an excellent knowledge when it comes to data storage and networking systems, embedded software systems, sensors, image and signal processing, as well as integrated circuit technology.

Betten studied both a BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Additionally, he pursued an MS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He also obtained a Mini-masters in Software Engineering at the University of St. Thomas and studied Certificate in Advanced Management at Babson College.
