ProScheduler WFM is now a part of Serenova, a leading provider of CCaaS and Workforce Optimization solutions. My position of Senior Director Service Delivery continues in managing the Implementation of new ProScheduler WFM customers worldwide, along with, the follow up and support of all of our customers.

Responsible for all North American customer projects and management of the North American Delivery Team, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. Work closely with customers to ensure their installations and trainings are handled successfully, establishing long term relationships with their teams as our team supports their ongoing needs. Team with Sales and Marketing, assisting in demos, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Worked in various positions within the Reservation Sales division both in the call center in New Orleans and in the Worldwide Headquarters in Atlanta. The last 20 years were spent in the system workforce planning group handling forecasting and scheduling for 8,000 worldwide employees and offshore vendors at their peak. Managed a team of 5 analysts to produce schedules three times per year. Responsible for resource planning and yearly fiscal plan and forecast. Designed and implemented centralized scheduling department including resources, processes, and technology. Completed a total redesign of the workforce management architecture, bringing together five disparate systems to interface to meet Delta's required business rules. Nominated for Delta's Workforce Professional of the Year in 2008.
