Meet Amanda Arizola, a dynamic and accomplished leader with extensive experience in community development and nonprofit management. Armed with a double degree in Government and Mexican-American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a dual MBA and MHSM in Health Systems Management from Texas Woman's University, Amanda has a proven track record of mobilizing and cultivating change in diverse communities across the country.

With skills in program development, data implementation, coalition-building, digital communications, and grant writing, Amanda has held critical roles in enhancing the operations of national organizations such as United Way, Catholic Charities, and Foundation Communities. She has also served as Co-Founder and Chief Analyst at Urban Theory, Project Manager at Las Comadres and Friends National Latino Book Club, and Marketing/Business Development Assistant at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

In addition to her diverse portfolio, Amanda is a recognized member of several boards such as the KERA/KXT, Southeast Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Scholarship Fund-Dallas, and Dallas Mayor's Star Council. She has been awarded the Shining Star Award by the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas and recognized by CCIIO and the White House Young Healthy Americans for exceeding requirements and standards.

Amanda's goal is to promote financial empowerment and success by empowering individuals and families to define their goals and objectives. Her mission is to leverage her analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to help harmonize the efforts of all stakeholders in improving community living standards.
