Peter Williams, a seasoned professional with more than 13 years of experience, has recently joined the Atlanta Innovation Hub build team. His holistic approach to community engagement encompasses corporate relations, university engagement, social impact, employee engagement, and other region-wide brand-building efforts. Williams has served in various roles at BlackRock, including Business Strategist within BlackRock's software engineering function, Chief of Staff to the Head of Software Engineering, and Director of Business Strategy. He also worked in business development and relationship management capacities, focusing on account management, sales, client service, business strategy, brand management, talent pipelining, implementation management, project management, social impact work, and people management. Williams believes that leveraging technology and data should be the backbone of everything, regardless of the industry. He has studied Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Public Policy at Duke University, and is a strong leader, a people-oriented professional, and a team player.
