Hugo Fernandez is a highly educated and accomplished individual with a background in business administration, pharmaceutical sciences, and pharmacy. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and his Master of Science (MSc) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees in pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Fernandez has worked as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he gained significant expertise in business strategy, operations, and organizational design. Prior to his consulting career, Fernandez worked as a Resident in Hospital Pharmacy at La Paz University Hospital and as a Staff Pharmacist and Intern Pharmacist at Varela Pharmacy and Cañadas Correas Pharmacy, respectively.

During his time as an MBA candidate at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Fernandez completed multiple business case studies and research projects, gaining valuable knowledge in areas such as data analysis, market research, and financial modeling.
