Noshir Kaka, a Senior Partner at McKinsey, is a seasoned leader with 22 years of experience in strategy development, organization restructuring, and performance improvement. He co-leads the firm's Analytics practice globally and has been instrumental in shaping the digital and analytics journeys of several global enterprises and providers. He was also the managing director of McKinsey’s India office from 2011 to 2016 and founded McKinsey’s global Outsourcing and Offshoring practice and Business Technology office in India.

Kaka is an alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, where he completed his Masters in Finance, and the University of Bombay, where he completed his Bachelors of Commerce in Business. In addition to his role at McKinsey, Kaka is the Director of Mckinsey & Company and Formerly Partner at Bentley Hotel.

With a proven track record of recruiting, managing, and leading teams globally, Kaka was involved in setting up the Indian School of Business, a joint initiative between McKinsey, Wharton, London Business School, and Kellogg to build a world-class business school in India. Along with being part of the membership committee for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO, Mumbai), a global network of young chief executives, Kaka has served as a jury member for the Forbes India Leadership Awards, the Economic Times Young Leaders Awards, and the Business Standard Awards.

Kaka's contributions to technology have been recognized by leading publications such as The Economist, New York Times, the Wall Street journal, CNBC, and the Economic Times. He is also a member of the management board of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
