Adam Bird is an experienced digital leader with a diverse background in product development, digital strategy, marketing, business development, and technology. He has worked both as a sole contributor and leader of digital teams, and has led teams of up to 75+ people. Adam has a strong focus on customer experience advocacy and tangible results. He is an adept user of agile methodologies, design thinking, and human-centered design, and balances it with a respect for process and commercial viability. His interactions prioritize service and empathy for his staff and customers.

Adam is passionate about bringing brands and products to life through leveraging tools and subject matter expertise, creatives and messaging, and content marketing. He champions test-and-learn approaches to marketing and product design with a focus on customer return on investment. Adam is a former Sales Director at Pure.Security and Country Manager at Chekk, and has held leadership roles at KJR Australia, Edelman, Think Make Do, Westpac, and Gruden, among others. He is also a founding member of Flux, a political party. Adam has completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management studies at the International Association for Six Sigma Certification and is an alumnus of UNSW.
