Danny Ellis, an aerospace engineer turned drone entrepreneur, has been making waves in the industry for over a decade. After conceptualizing the idea to build a drone for his senior project, he continued pursuing his passion for unmanned aerial vehicles, which eventually led to the founding of SkySpecs, Inc. As CEO and Founder, Danny has been involved in every aspect of start-up life, from networking and raising funds to designing products and building short-term and long-term strategies. He excels in connecting people to ideas, creating solutions to industry-wide problems, and forging profitable collaborations. Danny holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he was a Graduate Student Instructor and Wilson Student Team Project Center Staff. When not working, he enjoys golfing, trying new sour beers, and attending sporting events.
